Need to view current vs. original schedule
I am not clear as to what you are trying to do, but here goes: The baseline bars not marked as actual starts WILL move with the data date. Be sure that the baseline is attached. Once it is, the baseline bars will not move with the data date. I just replicated it on several of my projects...- mtnbikes51

Which Project Management Software?
I have been using Primavera for approx. 10 years. I manage 300 +/- projects, each containing 200 activities. Also have cost and resource info in each! Tried MS Project, primavera is better. It can be wed-based and much more powerful than Project!- mtnbikes51

Budgets in Primavera P3e
Has anyone input and tracked budgets in P3e? I have budgets loaded into 300 projects and am trying to get a program-wide layout. I am trying to display Budgeted Cost of Work Performed (BCWP) and Actual Cost of Work Performed (ACWP) and cannot accomplish this. Could do it using the older...- mtnbikes51
