    ISDN Connection Dials up for no reason

    We have an network which consists of an ISDN router and a ISDN wic Card in a Cisco 3640 Series router. Although the connection works the 3640 dials up regularly for no apparent reason as I have used ip accounting and no data is sent. Can anybody help
