might try to call sbc yahoo dsl at 1 877 722 3755 they should be glad to get you to help you :D btw if you ask for 2nd tier they half to get you up to the pro's :) btw i work for sbc yahoo dsl tech support :D- piggy418

Disabling SBC Yahoo Dsl firewall help
what version of windows are you running? The firewall is bilt into the modem and you can't disable it..but on XP that is another story btw i work for sbc yahoo dsl tech support so if you have any problems email me at piggy@xmsg.com :D- piggy418
