how do I define a Maint set on an option 11?
You Guys are great! This is the first post I've made to this site and I really appreciate the help. I manage a 150 person site for IT that includes everything from soup to nuts, i.e. network, telecom, desktop support, ect... Its nice to have a resource to refer to when I need my memory...- Billytom

how do I define a Maint set on an option 11?
Hi, I used to manage an option 11 @ another job and it had a maintenance set in the phone room. I used to use it to gain trunk access on different channels to see if both of my long distance pics were correct.
