RUNDLL32 Error on Internet Explorer

Can't get settings for dialup connection to save
When I go to the Tools tab and select Internet options I change the connections settings to always dial my default connection. I then select apply and ok this. When I go back to my computer after logging off the setting will have changed back to never dial a connection. I do not know what else...- JGRyan
