    Thanks 3racefan3! All calls go to an auto attendant and they can "0" to the operator who then transfers to the ACD queue. The call just goes to open ringing. The ACD is functioning properly just not able to get the calls transferred from the ATTN Console. Any thoughts? Thanks!

    The PBX is a 2400IMX Version 11, Issue 03.00.132 and the ACD is CallCenterWorx,I am not sure of the release at this time. I can check tomorrow. Thanks!

    Does anyone know how to send the dial strings across analog lines for voicemail? I need to know the feature codes that are sent across the analog ports so voicemail will recognize the feature codes and caller information. Thanks!

    2400 IMX caller id on rollover while on prime line

    Does any one know if the feature is available to have the caller id show up for your rollover line while you are on your prime line? I did not see the feature available in the 2400 IMX Feature Programming Manual. Also, is there a way to store the caller id on the phone? Thanks for any assistance!
