    kx-td500 programming software coonection

    Hi I´ve get the programming system for our TD500, I can connect very well, I start, interactive programming, but when I try to get in the configuration submenu, software does not get in, simply just cursor jumps to utility menu. Did I miss something ? am I missing a step ? Thanks for help Best...
