No. I cannot edit the text in AI ( I was just comparing how the two programs convert text). What I am saying is that In InDesign CS2 4.0.4 (Mac OSX 10.3.9 -G4) I have a document from a client that has the font 'Futura Bld.' in it and it has been converted to outlines/curves. In InDesign: I have noticed on files where the fonts have been converted that it still retains some font information. Even shows it as bitmapped when the wrong font isnt activated. How can this be? I was working on a customers graphic and the CONVERTED FONT within was bitmapped! I tried...- mstooley
