I hope that this will help out all users with the same problem, if you are using ie6 browser the solution that i found was by clicking tools > Internet options > click the advanced tab and scroll down to the Browsing heading and then uncheck the box beside DISPLAY A NOTIFICATION ABOUT EVERY...- nightghost
