    System Speed OTM

    i needed to update a number in our system speed list using OTM. what i thought would be a simple change wasnt! The only think i needed to change was the last four digits : eg 90111 123456 to 90111 127890 which i did then syn back to the switch but I could not get it to dial outside line...
