My question is in Intelligent CLID/DNIS Routing, i want to prioritise certian phone numbers, so if the number is in a queue, then it is made the next call to be answered.

I am using a BCM450, with Avaya 1120E IP phones.
I have three skillsets, and would like the ringtone to sound different for each skillset.
Is possible to change it, im guessing i would need to do something in element manager, but i am not too sure.
