    (Calendar) Users not getting a warning if a user is already busy

    We have a Exchange 2007 server with Outlook 2007 clients. There are no problems wiht viewing the free/busy info. The problem is: if a user plans a appointment wiht a colleague the user can see that the colleague is busy but is also able to place an appointment at the same time.
