I just finished running the Accpac web Deployment Wizard using DCOM remoting. OS= win server 2003 Ver=5.3A Databas= MSSQL Servcie Pack 3 I have tried access Accpac through the webpage on the server and come up with Page cannot be displayed. Please help me

Thanks all for your support. My Administrator sorted the issue out. I had to bypass the proxy setting by unchecking it in the internet LAN settings.

Please can someone just tell why, I cannot open the Admin luanch pad after intalling crystal enterprise accepting all defualt setting.

The IIS is running ok. I checked the acp, cri and there all in the configuration.

Am testing it on the server and seems not work. My Administrator is saying it has to do with the port number. I checked CMS under CCM and the port no is 6400 he is saying that particular port number is block. Must he grant the port access before URL wiil connect?

I used Windows authentication and when I launch the Admin launch Pad it tells me the requested URL could not be retrieved. connection failed. conection timed out. Please help am hot down here.
