thank you guys for your time, i solved the problem . There wasn't any complicated configurations in the PBX, so i just rested the pbx and reconfigured it , now its working perfectly. Now i have new doubt i have configure one SLT phone like when ever an out going call is made through that phone...- sanoopjyothi
