    I forgot to mention that I had to do those three steps for everyone in the company. I only have about 50 employee's to worry about, but if you are working in an enterprise level, then you are probably better off just unistalling and reinstalling Outlook. Mike

    Thanks to TonyJollans and SkipVought! I could not uncheck references because the file was locked by a cliesnt outside the company. So I deleted the file from the XLSTART folder. Thanks again, Chanzen
