    To clarify, I did the above in 9.2.2. ...Extension,feature settings, under "type" I did "fwd busy na" to destination 107( the tva50). Thanks again

    Thank you for reply! On the 824 I did fwd busy na. It now answers, however, all the phones (7736's) now flash the extension that forwarded. The direct dial programmable buttons always flash red every second. Like they are in dnd mode. Any ideas?

I have the greeting good to go with press 1 for directory, 2 for ext, etc. The problem is when a call is transferred either by a person pressing transfer followed by the ext or the call being routed via menus to an extension, the tva50 does not...
