Thanks David for your reply. I tries as you did but still the paper is not being loaded. The printer has been used successfully in the past though I must admit only occasionally ( a few times per week). Printer XEROX M940 paper feed problem
When I try to print paper does not load. I have tried to print a test page from the printer's control panel without success.
