and the funny thing is no program was open when this thing happened.. This happen atleast once a day.

I got Windows 98 SE, 128 RAM and when this happened all of the program will not start even the display properties when you rigth click on the desktop...ill try that as soon as possible.. Thanks a lot Cdoggs Riguez

I didnt get the exact error messages but even if I only used on program its just saying that low on resources or memory, and after that I cant open anything. I need to restart my machine just get it work again.. is this a RAM issue or a virus???
