BCM50 - Calls forwarding to general delivery mailbox instead of subscriber mailbox
Please help! On a Nortel BCM50 system I need calls going to a certain extension to go to it's subscriber mailbox. I have added the mailbox, initialised it and recorded a greeting. However, no matter what I seem to try, calls to that extension get forwarded to the general delivery mailbox...- juventus619
