making the proxy settings grayed out
The user get there proxy settings in the internetexplorer pushed via a kixscript. However they have the possibility to change these settings. To be sure they use the right firewall I want them not to be able to change the proxy settings in the internetoptions -> connections -> LAN Settings...- Windows2000tje
