Producing Copper Color
You can download preset "styles" from the Adobe Site for all types of metals including copper. I have lots of them and use them for graphical interface design. Plus, they are free and rated from other users. Some of the Gold Styles are awsome. PredAlien- PredAlien

Some really good Books published by the AdobePress are "Pagemaker Classroom in a Book" and "The Adobe Print Publishing Guide". Have you tried reinstalling the chipset drivers for the motherboard? If you have onboard drive controllers and have reinstalled windows, it might help to reinstall the chipset drivers. If you don't have a PCI drive controller card, the chipset drivers control the harddrives. PredAlien- PredAlien

Here’s a really weird problem!!!
You could still put all of the pages into one file and use a "one master page" for the object that is printing different. Put all the pages into one document. Just PDF all of the pages in one document and then use acrobat to separate the pages into different files. Just view in thumbnails and...- PredAlien
