Missing windows for save/open/place/export

Missing windows for save/open/place/export
ID CS2 is missing all the pop up windows that deal with loading, saving, exporting & placing files. The other programs in the CS2 suite work as normal. I've loaded InDesign and dumped the presets but this did not help. I'd reload ID but I misplaced (how can that happen, he asks?) the CS2...- mrehmus
