Nortel was on-site to look into why I can't communicate with the BCM. After consulting with their GNTS center they concluded that either the hard drive was corrupt or the MSC card was bad. (Remember 6 of the green LED's were constantly flashing)Parts are now on order.

Was wondering if you resolved your issue connecting to the BCM? I have the exact same problem and have been following the suggestions but I still can't connect.
