    Hmm. So I'm using a NULL modem cable... didn't knew that :o (well it doesn't say anything on the cable...). Anyway, I have a CISCO RJ45 to DB9 cable aswell, could that work somehow? Or else I'm going to have to get a DB9 female to DB9 female cable somewhere :).

    The point is: I've tried a 350-24T AND a 450-24T but both are not working. I think it is unlikely that the console ports on BOTH switches are broke. Anyway, thanks for your tips, I'm going to try them out!
