    Anyone ever install this client have the install look good and then not able to launch it? I look in event viewer and there’s no reference to a program failure. When I go to launch the app either from program files or “quick launch” I get the software splash, but then nothing else even happens...

    Twinning on IP500V1 6.0(8)

    Brad There is an issue in R6 with the Small upgrade License and NI2. It looks like NI2 that are coming from a NUvox or soft switches only but not sure. There is no fix at this time except to change the PRI to 5Ess or getting a full upgrade license 2.
