Thanks a ton for idea. I ran IP scanner and the unit appeared. I also pinged it through console and lossless transmission confirmed. Also, my field Computer IP is 192.168.1.24 and the NCP is 192.168.1.60.
Could it be that PBX UMC is defective?
Do you have any other ideas?

Hi. I did what you said, and also did an IP scan, Both of them came up with an IP address of 192.168.1.60. It very well may be that I need to set the IP range on my computer. I am not sure how to do this though, do you have a good article.? Thanks so much for the idea because I did not think of...
Hello. I purchased the NCP 1000 unit from a very nice and reputable dealer.
Went to go install it, using the PBX UMC, and entered in the set IP address me and the dealer agreed to. PBX UMC could not find the unit and came back wit the error I checked all settings again, no luck.
