Word 97 Brazilian Version Menu bars don't work

Printer Freezing after 10 or more pages
Dear Technician, 2. I have an epson stylus 670 printer that will print o.k but in high volume printing such as printing over 10 to 15 pages the printer freezes and so does the computer.
