thanks, but u see i dotn want a separate doc open i would like a copy of the existing documetn to appear below it so they can use that template tha is so they dont haev several doc s, they can append pages onto the existing one? Any suggestions? Gregsy

actually that didnt work btu i found another way of doin it for anyones interest when u start a macro assign it to a toolbar then it is added to a macro list u can add to the bar button teh wat stated can onyl be done in excel thanks for yoru help mate :)

i am tryin to run a query thru vb the query will find all dates in a database between 2 dates selected on a control. When i tried this thou i select dates in which i no date exists for in the database but it comes up 0 every time can anyone please please help!?? cheers gregs

sorry to be more precise , check the databases teh report i saccesin , u can do this by checkin the set location option in teh tool bar, check the tables actually exist adn are ok, if tehy are verifty the report by going to verify database.
