It is fixed when logged in as admin, but once the admin logs out, and a user logs in, it is back to Photo Editor. Users cannot change the setting, and when admin changes it, it only stays set for admin.
I only wish it were so simple... :)
You can only change the File Types setting, from either My 'Puter or Explorer when logged in as administrator, then when you log in as a user, the settings are not changed.
I even tried giving a user administrative rights, but he still could not change the settings.
