Hello all, I have a simple little Mercury setup for a remote office. They need one of the users to be sent copies of all the emails that arrive. I used a Global Rule to do this but it's not triggering. Looking through the help file it almost makes it look like Global rules are for outgoing...- MexWave

I've seen a lot of Cable Modems that will plug into a network like that, but only allow a connection to the first machine they see. Jeter asked "does the router have NAT?", and I'd be inclined to ask the same. I have a sneaky suspicion that it doesn't service more than one machine...- MexWave
