Need to import from Filemaker/Preview
I think I've figured out the answer. Just in case anyone is following this... It's going to look awful on screen, but it prints okay. Go figure. I have a new (related) problem that I will post to a new thread.- philward

Need to import from Filemaker/Preview
I am new to InDesign--from Pagemaker 6.5 in Classic. (I think this is better.) My current task is to make a book from Filemaker data. The Preview of the chosen layout will be perfect. I've made a pdf from a file that was tagged to go to a printer driver that should produce 600 ppi, but...- philward

Working With Data Merge
I am also new to InDesign--from Pagemaker 6.5 in Classic. (I think this is better.) And I picked up this thread because I also need to do a similar job: making a book from text fields in Filemaker. I've done it before by dragging and dropping into Pagemaker, but had to format each new piece...- philward
