I actually did just that and they all say "aquired logout". When an agents logs into soft phone it says "aquired login" but does not register the agent as logged into Symposium and the agent doesn't get a call. Not sure what I have missed.
We have added 20 new stations in our call center. They are all programmed and ready to go except that I need to add the Terminal Number address to Symposium and aquire them. How do I add these addresses????
