    Handsfree Answerback Allowed=No Also, Loudspeaker Pager Override=No Loudspeaker Pager Equiv...=No Correction on the version number. This system still on 7.1.4.9_1. The users are HotDesk users (same COS settings as above) if that makes any difference.
