I am not sure what the actual device is but I think it monitors power usage and interacts with some remote relays. All I know is the device speaks a proprietary language on a frame circuit. I believe right now they have to have someone to manually monitor and interact based on the "data". jeremy -

If you can't do port forward or vpn than I think you are out of luck. If you need to monitor a server why can't you install a vpn client of the machine its self, no need to change anything on the network? Jeremy -

Actually no I don't think so, ADSL would infer that the telco had any lines to the remote site, the only thing connecting them is a private run of fiber with only one pair open. Jeremy -
