Thanks for the pointers. I am able to get in now. I do have a second computer running Windows 7 that is still having issues while my older XP is humming along great. Any ideas what the difference my be?

I have tried opening a web page and manually enter IP and I have tried the Launch CallPilot Manager button in Configuration-Applications-Voice Messaging / Contact Center page
I am attempting to open the Web Page for Call Pilot Maintenance on a BCM when I get the error that the Web Page is unable to load. I have verified the IP Address and am sure it is correct. I have tried using Internet Explorer and Firefox, neither will work.
