    AUTOCAD 2004 fatal error

    When I order to plot or preview the drawing prepared for A3 format, AUTOCAD 2004 blocks and shows: FATAL ERROR unhandled c0000090h exception at 33f197abh. What is the problem? I tried all methods from autodesk site.
