Citrix Access Gateway (CAG) & PS4.0

Data Recovery services
Had anyone used any Data Recovery services before. I've got a Maxtor drive with the heads crashing. I've done everything to get it up from putting it in other machines slaved and cable select, freezed it, turned it on it's side etc.. The drive just clicks on power up.
