    Faxing from a HP LJ 4100 MFP

    I have a LJ 4100 MFp that our legal department uses to fax from. How do you clear the fax queue? It seems that some fax jobs are being held in the queue and are causing errors(no answer, line busy, etc.). Also the LJ 4100 has an on board hard drive. Is there a way to access this?

    Duel Xref's

    How do you unattach Duel Xref's when they are the same drawing, just differnt file names because one file name was changed at a later time after Xref was insurted. When you try to delete them and go back into Xref Manger they pop back in.

    Exploding a bound Xref

    I have a user that inserts a drawing using the xref command and then binds it to the drawing. After binding, he tries to explode the new block and the command doesn't work. Any suggestions?
