    Well I don't want to mislead them, they asked the question so I asked the question. What I was really hoping for was a link to some Microsoft recommendation. I had already looked for one and couldn't find it. So thanks for your answers, I'm off to look for the box of doughnuts.

    I have users that are asking when then should use Word or Excel for a table. Does anyone have any further infomation on beyond telling them that Excel is better to use when it's necessary to perform math functions?

    Can you setup GroupWise to Stop users from deleting messages? We have a situation where management does not want anyone to delete any messages.
