    Multiple IE's open when I connect to internet

    When I open IE the computer proceeds to open multiple windows and I have to reboot in order to close it out. Usually by the time I get to shutdown there are more than 40 IE windows open

    Folder Access

    for some reason when I double click on any of my folders the folder doesnt open and a command line dos window opens. Is there a quick fix for this??
