Supervisor Observe on an analog set?
Is there a way (SPRE code, etc) to listen to observe ACD agent calls on an analog set? My boss wants cordless phones for supervisors to walk the floor & dial-in to listen to agents. He doesn't want to shell out 7 bills each for 2616CT sets.- AquinasReturns
