Yeah sure, though I must admit I've been pretty impressed with the support D-Link have offered (although they're very unwilling to accept the unit back). I haven't tried Netgear support yet, from what I've heard it doesn't sound like I need to.
The only other option is that something is adrift at your local exchange - There is an occasional DSL issue but I know that's totally unrelated to the problem, as using a Modem does not give the same issues.
