    Right Click on Folders Hangs Explorer

    Same problem for me was solved by re-enabling the PGP service. You guys are great. For those that do not have PGP, here's another possible cause of this problem as explained by Microsoft: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;819017
