    to update -- found solution: had re-installed W98se, but had not re-installed Outlook Express, or had installed it but had set windows update personal settings to exclude OE. x.WAB written by oe6 WAB.exe not readable by oe5 WAB.exe. Solution was to update OE to OE6. That also updates WAB.exe.
