I had them try a couple different reset procedures I found searching the web but none of them worked. Not 100% sure though is the CP100/150 reset procedure...
I believe the user said it was saying invalid password. Rebooted multiple times.
We had someone come in and they are currently changing the hard drive. The contractor is pretty sure this will fix the issue. He couldn't even connect to it with his laptop.
