explorer.exe cannot run using non-admin privilege
Maybe the explorer.exe file is on another drive? Is the primary drive partitioned?- jimbo6

Disk Mirror Question
Is it an IDE hard drive or does it have a RAID array configured? If RAID is configured, you may be able to mirror the drives (make an exact copy of the first drive), but...they must be pretty close to identical drives, i.e. size Manuf. etc. Windows NT has a utility in hardware manager under...- jimbo6
