I appreciate the info but that did not help either. I don't believe the problem is with IE itself since one user is able to use the FTP functions on the comptuer just fine while another is not and swapping out the NTUSER.DAT file fixes the issue. Maximum External HDD?
There really shouldn't be a problem. I've never read anything about external drive limitations. The only limitation that you could run into is the number of partitions that you set, and even if you go beyond 24 (all the letters in the alphabet without a and b since they are reserved) there...- starmedtechguy
