I used the life with qmail install, and didn't create a script for qmail-queue. This machine is a mirror of our previous machine that we brought down on a move to a new physical building. That machine was up for 18 months with the same install procedure - I rechecked both installs.- dennishijk

multiple qmail-queue processes using all cpu cycles
Periodically our qmail server shows 8 - 20 qmail-queue processes, each using about 5% of available cpu cycles, which totals to 98 - 100% of available cpu cycles. I am unable to kill the processes individually, or via killall. I haven't seen any consistent condition that I can identify that...- dennishijk
