Regsvr32 does not work initially on Win98
I'm having trouble registering dlls on Windows98 machines. Copying a dll into windows\system and then using regsvr32 to register it returns the old chesnut error of 0x00000485 which I take it means that regsvr32 cannot find the dll. I then try to register existing dlls that are already present...- JonEilbeck
