Think we have the problem fixed. Bell South monitored the T1 for 48 hours with a "t-Bird" and found 45 errors on their end. We have a Nortel Meridian system that keeps disabling the loop #2 in the switch. It gets the DTA019, then the DTC017, then DTA021 then loop #2 disables with an alarm red.
